Q: Where do we ship to?
A: Currently we only ship within the United States.
Q: What is the best way to contact us?
A: You can email us at info@shopglintly.com. Please note it may take us longer than 24 hours to respond.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Estimated 3β5 business days to package orders based on order volume. Your package can arrive 3β7 days after that. Every order will include a USPS tracking number to keep up-to-date on the status of your order once it is in the mail. Please also note that your order may arrive earlier than anticipated.
Return Policy
We do not offer any returns or refunds unless your items have arrived damaged. If any items arrive damaged, you will have three days from your order arriving to report the issue to info@shopglintly.com.
Please note: All sales are final. You are responsible for verifying that your shipping address is correct. Glintly is not responsible for any accidental or unapproved orders placed. There will be no refunds for any address errors.
Exchanges
To qualify for a damaged item exchange, you must send photo or video proof to info@shopglintly.com. No returns or exchanges will be processed without completing this step.
- Please allow 5β10 business days to process all exchanges.
- Some items in our shop are one of a kind and may need to be replaced with a similar item of the same category.
